Bookabus — bus booking platform

Booking marketplace · Web + iOS + Android

Challenge: Companies struggled to find a good bus vendor. Vendors could not keep their fleets busy, leaving buses idle. And Bookabus itself did not have the headcount to run all of the operations by hand.
Solution: We built the whole ecosystem: a booking portal, an SEO-optimised front end, and iPhone and Android apps for both customers and vendors — connecting the two sides directly.
Result: Bookabus now runs the entire system with very few people. Booking and quotation are fully automated. The site ranks first on almost every target keyword.

Madpaws — pet sitter marketplace

Challenge: Pet owners needed to find passionate, trusted sitters in their own neighbourhood whenever they had to travel — safe, affordable and fast enough to trust.
Solution: A portal that finds sitters around the user’s current location or any chosen area, and turns booking into a few steps.

Ridership — employee shuttle management

Operations system · Web + iOS + Android

Challenge: Shuttling employees by shift, while pickup addresses kept changing and every change meant recalculating the route.
Solution: A system for creating shifts and assigning them long or short term, auto-routing through Google Maps to estimate time and distance, correcting invalid addresses, and showing each driver their route and pickup points on a map.

Overdrive — vehicle management

Challenge: Losing GPS signal underground or in bad weather — the hardest problem any vehicle tracking system has to survive.
Solution: A portal for managing fleets from web and mobile. With the tracking problem solved, the system now runs stably.

Questions founders ask us

Is rescuing my product going to cost more than rebuilding it?

Usually not — in our experience most products can be stabilized without a full rebuild. That's exactly what the free health check tells you: an honest verdict on rescue vs. rebuild, with realistic costs for each. And either path costs less than a security breach or losing your first paying customers.

My team built this with AI. Are you saying we did it wrong?

Not at all. AI is a great way to validate an idea fast — you did the right thing. But production software needs engineering discipline that AI alone doesn't provide: security review, testing, architecture. We add that layer. We use AI daily ourselves; the difference is we know when it's wrong.

Why not just hire a cheaper freelancer?

A freelancer patches symptoms. A 14-year engineering team fixes causes — and leaves you with tests, documentation, and someone who still answers in year three. Most of our rescue clients tried the cheaper route first; it's usually why they're calling us.

What happens in the free health check?
